Diadisk Pumps in Service for Over 5 Years at City of Trenton
Two 4" Diadisk "dual disc" pumps were started up in
November of 2003 and have operated troublefree since then while pumping
2-3% primary sludge. Each pump is rated for 40-150 gpm @ 18'-30" tdh
and are equipped with VFD's. These pumps replaced piston pumps.

The owner is very pleased with the performance of these pumps. The pumps
have no check valves, mechanical seals, packing or flush water. All
advantages over the pumps they replaced. The pumps can run dry in addition
to passing rags and other soft solids with ease.
Morris CT 3x3-16 operating on grit at Holland WWTP since 2004
The City of Holland was looking to replace a Wemco pump and came to us. The high chrome iron used in the Morris pump is superior to the Ni-hard of the old pump. Ni-hard is "as cast" and cannot be machined whereas the high chrome iron can without any sacrifice in hardness. The pump is rated for 50-120 gpm. The owner was able to use the existing base and motor. We provided new belts and sheaves to achieve the performance.
